The lovely Jake Bugg and others

Jake by the Lake (all day all night?)

Bring Cash – the nearest cash point is either at the Crown Island, Arleston Drive Co-op, Mainstop Co-op on Trowell Rd towards Ilkeston and Bramcote Lane Shops.

Walking gate for Crown Island cashpoint – Harrow Road leave the park and turn right keep walking to the end of the road, turn left and find the shops.

Walking gate for Mainstop Co-op, Bramcote Lane and Arleston Drive cash point – probably the main car exit walk into the village and straight across if front of the Rodney pub, left at the main road and keep walking mainstop is on the r hand side.

Arleston Drive – at the Rodney turn left, down towards the island just after the graveyard turn right past the catholic church left at the end and the shop is on the left

Bramcote Lane either left at the Rodney and down to the island and across or walk through the parkside entrance, across the small roads to the main road (straight on effectively walking of course from the park gate) turn right at the main road, left at the island.

Each walk is around 15 mins there and 15 back. Cars the round trip will take you out into Wollaton (follow the walking route) and then signpost back to the carpark.

The gates for walking in are Derby Road, Harrow Road and Parkside

If there’s car parking event parking is usually accessed from the Ringroad and is sign posted.

The gate for the car park will be Lime Tree Avenue off the Ringroad at the NHS island – from the Uni Hospital looking north towards the A52 and motorway its the 3rd exit (ie Right towards the A609 junction) the entrance is on the left between large green gates.

Car parking is usually around £5.

There are buses from Nottingham and buses on the Derby Road (walking entrance) and Wollaton Road (ordinary park car entrance). Theres no parking on the side roads.
