Is just over the Trent, and has two places to visit this Bank Holiday, the first is the Great Central Railway (Nottingham) Transport Heritage Centre.

Amazing there really are Steam Railway trips!!

and the other is the Framework Knitting Museum …who are holding a free Garden Party Event this weekend.

It all fits in really well with the Wollaton Park Industrial Museum – in fact maybe we should have a minibus shuttle between them for the bank holidays next year!!
